I´m Mira, a 41-yo certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in helping women reclaim their metabolism and vitality.

Why I do what I do
I’ve seen too many women struggle with the same outdated advice—eat less, exercise more, ignore your body’s signals. After discovering the pro-metabolic approach and witnessing its transformative power, I made it my mission to help women break free from the vicious diet cycle.
